A vital component of the property development process for greenfield developments is our professional teams experience in successfully unlocking tracts of land for development use. This is highly specialised and includes obtaining the release of agricultural land for rezoning.
Our primary focus is to deliver a completed quality development to each of our clients according to their specific needs and specifications. Part of this process may include in-depth consultation with and analysis of our clients business model, existing facilities and future requirements.
Current projects include the Keystone Park development on the N3 west of Durban. Within the Keystone Park Estate, Rokwil has negotiated and delivered unique development parameters that have changed the face of warehousing and distribution centre developments in Kwa-Zulu Natal.
